Some of the signs of pregnancy can be missed period, sensitivity of gums, nausea (with or without vomiting), food craving, fatigue.
A lot of women also experience early on a metallic taste in mouth, breast tenderness, sensitivity in pelvic area and frequent urination.
Every woman is different, therefore, the signs for you will not be exactly the same as the signs of other women. Most women's first sign, however, is missed period. You can have one sign, while another woman may have a few.

Once your realize that you are pregnant, one of the first things that you will probably do is make an appointment with your OB/GYN to get your prenatal check ups started. And for most women, to confirm that they truly are pregnant and that the pregnancy test you did at home was not just a mistake.
During your first prenatal doctor's visit, you will sit down with a nurse to go over some paperwork, insurance, etc. They will also talk about your family heath history, and see if you have any questions about what to do while pregnant.
When you meet with the doctor, they will do a pelvic exam and feel your uterus. Basically, doing a pap smear. Your doctor will go over some of what will happen during your prenatal visits and pregnancy. If you have any questions, this is a good time to start asking.
If the doctor has a reason to do an ultrasound of the baby to check the heartbeat, they will have you get one done. Otherwise, you will not see an ultrasound until about week 20.
Prenatal Doctor's visit vary depending on the doctor. Your visit can be once every three of four weeks until about week 28 then you go to every other week. On your last month, they will have your visit once every week. If you make it to your due date week, they will probably ask you to come in every day to keep an eye on you.
